TRUTH morgan/breton took a 1,000,000 share company owned 100% by "investors" (aka unpaid shills) and issued 2,000,000 shares for "employee" compensation and various stock promotion "endeavours". At this point, who owned 66% of the "new" ovis and who was left with a mere 33%? possibly an alternate twist to the shill theory.
