Amazing that prior to ovis issuing 1.8-2M shares for "compensation & stock promotion" the company was owned 100% by hard working shareholders. Now the innocent shareholders own 33% or less. TRUTH On July 25, 1997 ovis signed LOI to aquire PALCO, Inc., a south Florida clothing manufacturer. According to Patrick Lanzillo, PALCO President, on August 17, 1997 he informed morgan/breton that the "deal" was off. Two days AFTER (August 19, 1997), morgan/breton made public announcement of the LOI to aquire PALCO. What did this cause 2,000,000 "compensation" shares to be worth??
