Yeah, I wish it had been 105 heat index. It was over 110 heat index for a few days.

But, we did get just the very side of hurricane Edaurdo as it went by the other day and it cooled us off a bit, but only about 1/2 inch of rain.

July was one of this regions hotter in memory, but had enough rain to keep the lake full. That was good, since they had just gotten off about 3 years of drought.
