Certainly not to my knowledge.

It is a political impossibility. You cannot do away with socialized medicine or other big liberal spending programs once they're implemented. They constitute an incentive trap, where nobody wants to give up the freebies.

You are totally out of your element in this argument. I recommend you find a topic you know something about and discuss that instead.
