BB, How do you come to the conclusion INTC is in trouble. Their recent woes are attributable to a weakness in the flash-memory market, not in their core business of MPU's. In addition, their Slot 1 design has widespread industry acceptance. If anyone is in trouble, it is AMD and Cyrix unless INTC decides to license Slot 1. Brian
