Tech Buyer, it's true, the FED thru Alan Greenspan may skip raising Interest rates until after the elections next year. The Markets, with no excess in exuberance, are right where they want them to be; no need to fix things that are working right... No need to strengthen further the dollar we use to buy cheaper products from around the world, particularly in the Far East (where a stronger dollar is taking its toll); products that in turn are used to make cheaper and affordable things we in turn sell to them...

...But, I know, the FED just found a way to insure things right:---a little "insurance" at least once a year to be applied in such a way that the Markets are well prepared for it...Whatever they do, we hope for the best...
