I guess, as you rightly point out (IMO), it has to do more with "investment banking" maneuvers, to use a mild term, than with the actual need for such a structure, after all, currently their only product is a non-prescription drug. IMO when it comes to throwing money away in IPO's uninformed/greedy investors will do it readily. PS1: One thing for sure IPIC gets an A+ for its PR, Investment banking, and lobbying efforts. PS2: Cacaito, you made it to my people's marks! IMO you seem to be well qualified to comment in the biotech area. Pancho
