I'm not laughing off anything, but I am recognizing that the documentation in question is irrelevant.

If we assume the specific claimed facts are correct, it still isn't logically connected to what I said. Just having correct facts, doesn't tell you much when the facts are not relevant. I could look up some baseball box score and tell you exactly how many hits, runs, and errors there where in the game. It would be from a very authoritative source, but I doubt that you would defer to me on political issues related to health care because of it, and if you did, it would exactly be a reasonable act to change your mind for that specific reason.
