Yes, you are right of course. Ling sounds like a friend I know;
he would always say "this is what we are going to have to defend".
I hope these CEOs think about the whole picture including the
bottom line. If we think enough of our health to get a second
opinion why shouldn't anyone get a second legal opinion. I hope these
companies do.
