Denmark has fewer people than Wisconsin, if Denmark did something that doesn't imply the US should or even can do the same thing.

And that "doesn't imply" that it isn't scalable.

Suffer as in they are less wealthy than they otherwise could have been, rather likely. All the costs of those taxes, and investments in alternate sources are just that, real costs. And no I'm not saying Denmark's economy is in the toilet or anything like that, I'm only saying they are facing extra costs.

Go figure they are doing pretty good... without the risk that we face.

Which would be very unlikely to be the case in the US.

God knows your guys would whine. But you would fall in line. And that's the point.
