Troy,
I was thinking of starting the subject over again myself....good idea. I hope the others will follow. In either case, I agree 100% with your opinion of the current situation. I am not much of a technical analyst although I find it quite interesting and often ask the chartists their opinion. <Haim seems to be very good at it> I do, however, agree that S3 is going much higher. Their balance sheet is in very good order, they are highly reccommended by several brokerages, their 5 year growth is very good at > 20%, their one year eps growth is > 40% and they are trading at a steal of a p/e on next year's projected earnings. <Although they may turn out to be low.
The takeover scenarios are all interesting and one thing is for sure: I am long quite a few shares and won't play with them for a second for fear I will be out of the game when the next big announcement is made. I will ride the little bumps on the way up. Let's hope we stay decidedly above 15 tommorrow, that would be very bullish in my mind. <is that correct from the chartist's view> However, as i think Haim pointed out, we were only slightly above 15 today so I will not be too upset if we slip back just below it for a day or two.
By the way, how does everyone feel the labor numbers will come out and will they affect this stock as bad as they will the rest of the market if they are too strong??
