Russia is very different now from 1968. Don't forget that the fall of communism started with Yeltsin on tanks in 1991 in Moscow. In some neighboring CIS countries, especially in the South, the old ways prevailed. How about Turkmenistan? <G> I don't know what Russia is after. It is quite possible, nothing. Just stopping the genocide in SO (that was sure to happen, by the way). We shall just see.
