It is often difficult to write a good test, and often also very difficult to test people. The best results are usually made, if you fill out the test forms the exact way you would have filled it out, when you were 18 years old.

The reason is, that we learn a lot of stuff when we get older, and this knowledge often influences our answers. However, knowledge doesn't replace wiring, and MBTI is really about how to handle situations for which the person is missing knowledge.
