Hello Haim, <<All wars are ideological or economical driven>>

Yes, I agree, and the rest of the spin are simply packaging.

I had never had an issue with your market comments and geo this and politics that, until you expressed the following Nazi-Fascist-Neocon statement

(Edit: to get at the following links, I had to (i) upgrade my SI membership, (ii) search all around, (iii) had my staff put more than 300 folks on BBR and this thread, and myself, on temporary Ignore so that only your posts appeared. After finding the posts I was looking for, I had my staff remove all Ignore designations. The entire effort took about 4 hours.

I went through the effort because (i) I was sure you said what you said, gave your reasons, refused to retract, (ii) I wanted to be sure I did not wrong you, and because (iii) I thought the effort to be an imperative.

While we have had many civil discussions since that time long ago, I never forgot, and no one else should forget unless and until you retract, imo, for I too invariably cheer for the underdog and always try to stand in the light, to be judged by all)

Regarding this 9/20/2003 post Message 19325148
<<If China would not take the appropriate steps to lift the standard of living of their own population on their own expense, I would fully support a forceful action such as a declaration of war to destroy most of China recent achievement. It will cost a lot human sacrifice and human lives ? So be it! Some were politicians must get it or pay the consequence>>

... which on 9/29/2003 I gave you a chance to retract, and you did not Message 19354546
<<Hello Haim, <<were did I suggest to "nuke"China because they do not have minimum wage ? Jay you are twisting what I wrote and eluding to what I did not mention.>>

Well, OK, if I misunderstood you, I apologize, but I think if this is what you said, ... Message 19325148
and I quote
"If China would not take the appropriate steps to lift the standard of living of their own population on their own expense, I would fully support a forceful action such as a declaration of war to destroy most of China recent achievement."

... then it would have to be nuclear war, no? A fair inference?>>

I took it and still take it that you are an advocate of preemptive war over your inability to compete (by working diligently) and your reluctance to stop borrowing and buying (due to laziness).

Please do correct me if I misunderstood your very clear statements.

Chugs, TJ
