recap re. healthcare and costs in US

health rankings are deceptive and not to be taken at face value.

administartive costs are high due to large number of insurance companies that each having different forms.(the actual amount is open to debate)

large numbers of americans are uninsured ...in significant part due to ignorance of qualifying for state coverage.

heath care took up 14% of gdp on 2001 and is expected to reach 17.7% by 2012.
