Just pulled up an insider trade of 127,000 shares of QDRX at 0.48 cents.Does not say who but suspect ex employee who has options left over from employment contract with QDRX.Noticed in the David Evans e-mail that vendors were owed $1.2 million and made it sound like QDRX could not pay this off.This is a common part of business to have a rolling debt account-QDRX will pay off this or vendors would immediately shut down supplies.There will be no new Reg-S shares issued in near future.If TM needs guaranteed production schedual for shafts-$$$ must come from some source,I think they (TM) knows this-the Vista plant is too small for very large volume.QDRX was at Golfsmith show last week and I understand all went well.The 10Q will be out in a few weeks,expect loss but better than last quarter.
