Feline,

Did you note that mineralization in DDH-97-67 @ 176-to-180 meters and in DDH-97-75 @ 177-to-178 meters?? Yup we need a third DDH to do a 3-point planar solution if the mineralization is continuous to get apparent strike and dip (if the DDH's are drilled vertically.)

Assuming: 1) vertical boreholes; and, 2) the mineralization is planar-continuous (i.e., connected) over the 250 metres between the two boreholes; Then mineralization strike (or trend for you non- geo-types) is almost exactly EAST-WEST. A third borehole is required to determine mineralization dip (north or south) when making these 2 assumptions.

An EW trend may be sexy as all Voisey's Bay orebodies found to date by DFR or INCO have strong EW strike components!

The gravity map of the area clearly shows NNE gradient-trends--I think the gravity trends may in reality have little or no bearing on the mineralization trends. Anyone know if Donner-Teck are drilling vertical holes?? (Betcha they are, since it's easier for the geophysicist to probe and make cross-sections.)

Good Luck, T.
