It's a joke. They sold them for 22-cents on the dollar, are on the hook for financing the entire thing, and are also responsible for any drop in value below the sale price.

The real selling price was 5-cents on the dollar.

Meanwhile, GS is dropping like crazy since the intra-day high yesterday and is now at its lowest level since July 16, 2-days after it hit the lows.

The GS computers seem to be front running the expiration of the naked short rule at the end of today's session, as GS is a market maker and immune from the rule.
