Re: Who cares about games? Ever hear of Google Earth? Ever hear of Google Maps? It's the 2D version that the rest of the world uses. It's less pretty, but it's 100x more useful. When Google comes out with a version of Google Earth that people find compulsory to use for their navigation needs, you might have a point. But until then, Google Earth has little value to most people. Re: Graphics affect every kind of application used by modern PCs, particularly things like powerpoint slides and word documents with embedded images. I haven't seen any benchmarks where the G45 loses to the 780G (or the 790GX) in 2D apps. And I'm guessing you haven't either.
