I don't agree with him on this issue. But, I don't vote on single issues, unlike, I suppose, you do. I also don't agree with McCain's stance on this issue. On the other issues, I have a lot more disagreements with McCain than I do with Obama. And, to hammer the point home harder, I think McCain's solutions, on the whole, will make things much worse than Obama's will.
I can respect that you agree with Obama on "more" issues than McCain, although I would think some issues are more important than others.
There are several issues I think Obama SOUNDS fine on -- until you look at his background and character. Now, if you feel you can safely ignore these factors, that's fine -- but to me, background and character are amongst the most important issues. So, the fact that Obama has no meaningful experience is more important to me than what he SAYS about this issue or that. Similarly, there is very little Obama can say that will give me confidence in his judgment given his relationships with Ayres and Wright and other anti-Americans, as well as the slap in the face he gave America by going overseas and pandering to the Germans. |
