Gran Tierra's written transcript of the second quarter 2008 conference call.

a couple of my notes on the risk or delay in exiting 2008 at 15,000 bopd, and the potential need for infrastructure in 2010 of a minimum of 25,000 bopd and a maximum of 45,000 bopd.

My understanding is that the biggest risk or potential delay is the trucking efficiency and operations on the road system to Neiva. I think the 15,000 bopd production limitation exiting 2008 is due to limitation in trucking operations and not the amount of oil "discovered and behind the pipe".

The next production bottleneck after the 15,000 bopd, is the Santana to Ortio segement currently being designed to accommodate 25,000 bopd by 2009 year end. Dana has noted, since Costayaco -3, that the 25,000 bopd production facilities would accommodate his "base case understanding of reseves". After the Santana-Ortio is resolved, the Transandia pipeline has 45,000 bopd spare capacity, and could be designed to transport 45,000 bopd from Gran Tierra future oil production in the Guayuyaco, Chaza, Santana. . If the Costyaco oil field, after the field size is known, becomes bigger than Dana's "base case" expectation, then I'll assume Gran Tierra will design the Santana to Ortio segment to accommodate up to 45,000 bopd.

If Norte Costayaco is 2/3 the size of Costyaco and Gran Tierra continues to be successful with exploration and delination wells on the smaller (10mmbo) targets in the Putumayo, the 45,000bopd, Dana discussed might not be too far out in the future.

Dana Coffield:
Let me answer the second question first. It’s our understanding that he spare production capacity that the Trans Andean pipeline, today is about 45,000 barrels a day. And it’s our understanding that it can be increased if we rebuild, or put in a pumping station along that system.

Lee Wagner:
And how much capacity does that accept from GTE/Solana in the capacity that’s available?

Dana Coffield:
Well, 45,000 barrels a day.
