good point ,before it was independant big banks ...but the economy became to big for them to it support alone in a crisis.

its note laws or institutions that make thing gogood or bad...its people making wrong decisions...and sometime plain bad luck.

so i propose to pass a law declearing all must be lucky and wise.g
