John McCain missed 8 votes the past year on renewable energy. That's 8 NO votes on renewable energy in the past year. His last NO vote was on July 30 when he didn't show up for a vote to extend investment tax credits for installing solar energy and production tax credits for building wind turbines. This is reported by David Brooks in NY Times today.
