My statements.....check www.canadianinsider.com - that shows that Frank has sold his 120,000 shares about a couple of weeks ago. And yes, any negative comments directed at Frank or his actions were retracted - no need to try and stir the pot. I was just confused and angry to see a director sell shares in an already weak market. My only deduction at that point was that he had to see no future in Lithic.....why else would one sell at 20 cents?

I don't think that Frank sold knowing something that shareholders didn't - I just think he doesn't see price appreciation happening anytime soon.

As for the name calling, I certainly retract that, as I said.

That all being said, I have a suspicion that the next news release will not be pretty......
