Your first reply against seems to not be relevant to the point raised. I didn't say anything about the fed lowering rates and how that would or would not effect rates for homeowners.

I don't mind you going off on a tangent, or even changing the subject entirely, but you should make it clear when you do this, rather than leading with "that's not true". When you lead with that's not true, "that" is my statement, so its important that you make your post really relevant to my statement, and in this case it should be an argument that very directly shows my statement to be false. If you don't lead with "that's not true", or as in an earlier post "LOL", or with something else that says or implies my statement is false or laughable, than you would reasonable be much more free to stay on the message that you want to get across, but when you lead with something like that, then your making the conversation about my points, and should stick to them (even if by sticking to them your trying to refute them)

As for the 2nd reply (the one I'm replying to), I'm hardly ignoring you. Also I wouldn't call you Casandra (Casandra was always right)
