There is a site that might give some clue about what will happen on the open - isld.com . It is the limit book for a clearing house. It shows the Nasdaq level 2 quotes which are all the open limit orders with price and quantity. Of course, this is just their orders and not the whole market. The site currently shows one sell order for utek for 1000 shares at 29 3/8. While it is hard to say whether this is useful information, it is interesting to look at. -- Alan
