Added salad to my meal list today. I buy a large sack of mixed greens at Costco for about four bucks. And a sack of walnuts.

Had some of the greens mixed in with the roast chicken breast that I find too dry to eat alone. Added some walnuts and cashews, along with some Hidden Valley Ranch. The nuts gave it the "Crunchiness" I miss on this food selection.

Yes, I know the ranch dressing that I used had about 3 grams of sugar in it. But I have it on hand and I am not going to go out and buy "diet" dressing.
