One is always shocked by crime.

In Northern Virginia we had a woman who killed her family---and has been indicted----for me that is shocking.

At Virginia Tech we had the young man who was obviously mentally ill who killed so many on campus------that was and is still shocking.

And, of course the most shocking that we are still dealing with as a nation was the suicide bombers with airplanes.

I understand your shock, surprise but would suggest that you withold judgment until the facts are known.
