shhhhh! Anything that good should be kept a military secret.

Here are some things that could raise HDL a tad.

Brewer's yeast
broccoli
carrots
corn flour
dandelion greens
nuts, peanuts
potatoes
tomatoes
wheat germ
Wheat germ oil
whole wheat products
