Paul; You mean he is an ingrate?, or ungreat? (both) He should be grateful to the board for the free ride all these years. There does seem to be a good shot for K7, I hope so for AMDs sake. Who are the groups/persons who keep Jerry in there?, is there any chance for a hostile takeover? or are there defences in depth? Bill
