... and this is why, they can't afford to drive. Idiot. It is basic economics at work. Price goes up, demand goes down. Why are you complaining? You want conservation. This is conservation, working precisely as many of us have told you it would for years. Prices go up, people use less gas. Some people are just determined to make themselves miserable. Get on with your life, man. Don't waste it wringing your hands over something that will take care of itself.
