I think they try a lot more frequently than we did...

Really, our CIA only made any real effort with a couple of people. In Castro's case, they quickly scaled back to just trying to make him lose his beard before giving up altogether.

To me, it is common sense that the CIA ought to be allowed to assassinate someone who is being a problem so long as it is done under a presidential order.
