DIMD (Diamond Multimedia) has great customer service. I often wonder if the people who complain are just asking the wrong questions. I don't know: I'm a happy Diamond customer.
Another thing I've realized about Diamond is its capacity to gain huge video market share with the release of Windows NT 4.0.
Windows NT 4.0 will generate $billions in upgrades. NT is the business upgrade of choice. It's a true client-server operating system backed by the largest software company in the world.
And it's going to demand new video.
