Perhaps the house had been re-listed to get DOM reset back to zero.

I will have to ask my friend who lives in the San Mateo Highlands what's going on up there. In that area, I would assume that trouble with the airlines would mean trouble for San Mateo and Burlingame.

I was driving in Mountain View near the Costco. I happened to look down a street that had a slew of For Sale signs. I hadn't seen that before in Mountain View. Sellers in areas with bad schools are receiving phenomenal sums, IMO.

It would appear that the real Bay Area is shrinking.
