His proposal would raise the capital gains tax, no? (It's 15% now, so he would be raising it). Hardly a "lie" there. Heck, GZ, don't even start down the road of politicians saying one thing today and another thing later. John McCain has en enormous list of "policy changes" in just the past few months, not the least of which is offshore drilling. It comes with the territory of being a politician.
