Checkers has improved its marketing and food products but their service absolutely "STINKS" in Roswell, GA. I went to their store at 2:30 PM on a Sunday and it took over 20 minutes to receive my order. This is the third time in a month that I've experienced this sorry service at this store. I've noticed that the double drive thru lines are never open, the facilities are dirty and the staff is not suited to feed the rats that rummage THE OVERFLOWING GARBAGE in the Sit Down Dining Area . In their quest to save money they had three people trying to run the facility and the one operating the register didn't know what she was doing. The floor on the inside of the facility was covered with smashed fries, seven crumpled bags and pieces from a hamburger. It looked like I had interrupted a full fledge food fight. Customers at the walk up window actually walked away when they observed the unsanitary conditions. I asked the order taker if this was a franchised store and she gave me a blank look like I had just asked her the $ 64,000 question. If Checkers is to survive they need to address these deficiencies. If the store in my area is indicative of the entire chain CHECKERS will never survive. RT
