Mark this is part of doing business....In a big deal that involves several different tools.....AMAT may not have the best tool for a certian etch process. If AMAT thinks that LRCX is going to win that portion of the etch business, AMAT may throw in a couple of free etchers to nail up the deal and keep LRCX out of the account. These types of deals go no all the time in business. dave
