Russia has been subversively sowing seeds of discontent in the two small enclaves they've occupied in Georgia.

If people try to replace a president everytime they disagree with him, the result is civil chaos. Americans have not exactly completely approved of Pres Bush the past couple yrs, but they've waited patiently for his term to expire.
