Boiled frogs ain't bad, but I prefer only the legs fried in butter with lots of garlic and deglazed with a little wine. A little good french bread to sop up the sauce MMMUUUMMM!!

P.S.-- I like a very, very dry white wine with my frogs. Something like a good Vouvray(sp?)
