AOL will get some money from the new shareholders of N2k which IPO'ed last Friday: 3.3 M shares at $ 19. Amazingly that stock (symbol NTKI) was bid up to 24 3/4 vol 4.3 M. Lead underwriters are Paine Webber and Utenberg Harris:

AOL does not care where the client gets the money, whether from operations or from equity. But if from the latter, this could be a short term deal unless N2K keep issuing stock and people are willing to buy. Ahh...choo.
