Anyone have a good ice cream that one can buy that is not going to produce more Cholesterol. I love ice cream and recently discovered Edy's Double Churned Silk. I love it. Take a Lactose pill and am fine. Then I looked at the ingredients and that ruined that. I tried Edy's Yogurt ice cream. Not bad but of course not the same as the regular brands... I want to enjoy something as long as I am taking risks. Felt good yesterday and did a mile and half on Elliptical. Then walked a mile on treadmill in 20 minutes at a 2 elevation Then did stretch and yoga including 40 push ups and 40 sit ups. After feeling so good I ate corn for lunch and pop corn in the evening and was ill all night and today I am a dish rag. What ones diet can do from one day to the next. Just holing up today. Ill.
