absolutely right on how putin is using iraq to his advantage to explain his attack, but it still doesnt change the fact that he invaded a neighboring country that poses no threat and is a "fellow" democracy. He didnt attack a saddam hussein run country that was attacking and/or threatening its neighbors. So putin makes the charge for political cover, why do you make the charge? Do you believe Georgia is Iraq and that Sashvilli is Hussein and that russian motives are the same as american ones were?
