Sure we do as long as it doesn't continue to restrict drilling. Of course, the simplest thing would be to just let the Congressional ban expire on its own.

It's all posturing politics... they could give a shit about drilling.

I assure you I do want the nation to stop this nonsense of declaring territory offlimits. Thats especially true in the Santa Barbara channel where natural oil seeps are a major pollution problem.
