Well.. it's certainly a new level of risk assessment going on. Europe is on the front lines with regard to this dispute with Russia. We're still protected by our oceanic "moats". The real question is what future lies in store for Russia and the path they will take. With they up the anty and escalate the situation even more? Or will they recognize that they've opened Pandora's box with their action in Georgia, and Europe's growing fear of their agression will work to Moscow's disadvantage?
