IMO if this were ever to be litigated, mr. ptm would have to prove that what he said is true.<< doug, i wasn't suggesting you look into this on a legal or competitive level. this is an investment. wise investing dictates that the investor gather information and make decisions. the only thing in question seems to be whether the insiders are selling, though. apparently you agree that they received $8-10 million in stock for their efforts - which haven't led to a penny of profits to date. this is also EXACTLY what the ceo of sexi did. all the way down to issuing stock to a promoter. deja vu all over again. perhaps the fact that it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck doesn't make it a duck. we will see. is $8-10 million worth of stock decent compensation? it was worth $20 mil not too long ago. i think it is outrageous compensation for a company that hasn't made a dime. btw, if the oct 25th deal doesn't go through, these guys may have a huge incentive to sell at least some of their stock...
