"The only one, huh?"

The only one who follows them without exception.

"Unlike you, I don't claim to be unbiased."

No, you don't claim to be unbiased. But, you do claim to know the Truth. You used to be liberal, but the scales fell from your eyes, yada, yada, yada...

Also know as A Statement of Conversion.

"Nor do I make it a habit to insult your intelligence in every other sentence."

I can't help it if you persist in using intellectually dishonest arguments. Nor can I help it that, even when it is pointed out to you, you refuse to even pretend to understand where you have erred. There is a whole field of study on the subject. I have linked to several sites which discuss the various classical ones. Yet you insist on using them.

In this particular case, you have listed one or more laws of Partisanship, and then pretend that, because you have enumerated them, you can go ahead and practice them without criticism. Like you have some sort of immunity because of it.

You don't. You are, in fact, using one of your Laws of Partisanship to give you a Get Out Of Jail Free Card. Now, I will grant you that isn't one of the classic fallacious arguments. I suppose that is because this sort of pre-emptive strike is so obvious that most people don''t even try it.

"We all have our opinions, and my opinion of Obama is declining as he betrays his own message of "change." "

Fine. Defend your position with actual facts instead of just making stuff up. Don't try an argument by laziness. An uniformed opinion does not swing the same weight as one based on actual reality. Except for the faith-based. But, again, faith doesn't have a rational basis. That isn't necessarily wrong, I have faith in several things. But I don't expect others to accept my faith. That wouldn't be rational.

"then maybe you Google the commonly used term called "a--hole.""

I know what an a--hole is. Do you know what a fallacious argument is? Google that and show you understand it. Hint, it isn't a howto manual. The idea is to avoid them, not to practice them. And no, this isn't a matter of opinion. It is a guide to thinking, and arguing, clearly.
