You seemed to imply it. But, even if that isn't the case, your assertion isn't all that clear. It isn't clear that she is the foremost expert. For one, it isn't all that clear that she has kept up since the USSR collapsed.

Now this is where you go off into fantasy land. That is an opinion that is certainly under dispute.
