Do you believe that the triple border: Paraguay-Brazil-Argentina was mentioned as a hot spot? To give you an idea: the triple border is a grey market entrepot used by Chinese and Lebanese to smuggled goods in those high protected country. The more closed the economy, the more these entrepots can make money. Like Sweden and Austria for the defunct USSR and Hong Kong for Mao's China.
