This guy is on his own right now. However I think there is a chance of what he is doing working.

He bases a lot of his work on a supreme court ruling that took place about an assisted suicide law that was passed in Oregon.

The DEA was threatening to take away doctors licenses from them if they tried to implement the new law. They claimed that the authority to do so came from the CSA.

The DEA is partly complying to the ruling in other areas. In so far as they are no longer going after doctors in medical marijuana states.

However they are not fully complying in that this ruling established that states define what is accepted medical practice within that state.

His claim is that the DEA is violating federal law and court order.
