You know, they have been building up their troops on the border with Georgia since the first of the year. A president with some degree of awareness would have had their top analysts for that region studying it since then.

You would think.

And it lends credence to the rumors that the president of GA was encouraged to attack by the US. Otherwise, why would he be so foolish to do it with Russian troops amassing at the border.
